As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Brainspotting Therapist, and an approved Supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, I provide both therapeutic and professional services to support individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, relational, and life‑changing challenges. I am licensed in Arizona, Illinois, and Alabama, and offer secure virtual telehealth sessions so you can access compassionate, personalized care from the comfort and privacy of your home.
My approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and genuine human connection. I work hard to create a space where people feel safe enough to explore the hardest parts of their lives — whether they’re coping with trauma, adjusting to a new diagnosis, healing from grief, or working through anxiety, depression, or relationship stress. Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational, and I welcome all forms of authentic expression, including humor, profanity, and the occasional “ugly cry.” This is a space where your full emotional experience is honored without judgment.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered. My style blends gentle encouragement with evidence‑based interventions, helping you build practical coping skills while also exploring deeper emotional patterns. Many people appreciate having both structure and flexibility — clear goals paired with room to explore what comes up in the moment. I see my clients as equals, deserving of a supportive and affirming place to grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves.
For those working through trauma, I offer modalities such as Brainspotting, along with nervous‑system‑based tools, grounding strategies, and biolateral sound techniques. These approaches can help process overwhelming experiences in a way that feels safe and contained, while also strengthening your ability to recognize triggers, reduce shame, and respond to stress with greater clarity and resilience.
Your voice matters deeply in our work together. I encourage ongoing feedback so we can tailor therapy to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, empowered, and supported — not just during sessions, but in the moments of life that matter most.
If you’re considering taking this step, please reach out through the contact form below. Seeking support is an act of courage, and I take great care in walking alongside you throughout your healing journey.
Warmly,
Lindsey Reynoso, LCSW, MSW, CCTP, BSP

Therapy for Adolescents (16+), Young Adults, and Adults
Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, of identifying strengths and empowering you to reach a new level within yourself. Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're feeling stuck in the past, unsure about the future, questioning who you are and who you want to be, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you have sought services before, I provide personalized treatment, support, and guidance throughout this process.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting (BSP) is a gentle, mindfulness-based approach in which the client-therapist relationship offers a safe alliance as the mind and body work together to dismantle trauma, symptoms, body distress, and outdated beliefs so new, more adaptive perspective can develop and thrive. This healing modality can be used with adolescents and adults looking to resolve challenges and experiences typically out of reach of the conscious mind.
